Face masks are required to enter the salon and throughout the duration of your appointment. We suggest a disposable mask if you are scheduled for a color appointment. Disposable masks are available for purchase. Lower facial waxing, beard trimming, dermaplane, and makeup services will be suspended for the time being.

Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling ill. There will be no cancellation fee during this time!
Pre-screening questions will be asked upon arrival, as well as prior to your appointment:
  • Have you traveled outside of the state or country within the last 14 days?
  • Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, trouble breathing) in the past 14 days?
  • Have you had any contact with anyone with a confirmed or suspected exposure to COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
Each client's temperature will be taken upon arrival. A client with a temperature reading of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be able to receive services.
  • Appointment times may be longer and scheduled with extra time to ensure proper sanitation between clients.
  • To reduce appointment times, please let your technician know if you would like to forgo a blow dry and leave with a masque on instead!
  • Due to new safety precautions, our technicians will not be able to perform additional services that were not scheduled.
  • Clients will be spaced at least 6-feet apart and plexiglass barriers are installed between shampoo bowls and the front desk for extra precaution.
  • No guests will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
  • We ask that you limit personal items brought into the salon.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and required to be applied before your appointment.
  • Masks will be available for purchase should you forget yours.
  • Robes will be provided to each client at the technician’s station. Dressing rooms will not be available until further notice.
  • Drink services will be suspended. Please bring your own water.
Retail products, including Oribe, Olaplex, and DevaCurl, will still be available for purchase. To minimize unnecessary handling of products, please let your technician or the receptionist know which product(s) you are interested in and he/she can get the items.

Curbside pick up is now available! Call the salon during business hours to order and a pick up time will be scheduled.
  • Credit card payment is encouraged.
  • Gratuity cannot be put on credit card. Each technician's Venmo information will be available or a personal check can be written out to the technician.
  • Depending on the condition of your hair, prices may vary based on the amount of supplies used.

The team will sanitize commonly touched surfaces after every client. This includes stations, tools, shampoo bowls, chairs, front desk, restrooms, and door handles.

The team is required to frequently wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer.
